1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring or engaging Edo Services Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), the client ("you", "your") agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Edo Services Ltd provides the following services:

Home renovations and repairs

Furniture assembly and installation

Residential and commercial cleaning
Details of the work will be outlined in a written quote or service agreement before commencement.
3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices may vary depending on the scope of work, materials, and site conditions.

Additional costs arising from unforeseen issues or client changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
4. Payments

A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required before work commences.

The balance is due upon completion unless a payment plan is agreed.

Late payments may incur a 5% interest charge per month on the outstanding balance.

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (if arranged).
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.

Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours).

Edo Services Ltd reserves the right to reschedule or delay services due to weather, emergencies, or supply issues.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide accurate and complete information about the premises and job requirements.

Ensure the site is accessible and safe.

Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings.
-
Inform us of any hazards or specific requests before work begins.
7. Workmanship and Materials

We use quality materials and trained professionals.

A 12-month workmanship guarantee applies to renovation and installation work (unless otherwise stated).

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.
-
Cleaning results depend on the condition of the property; we cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage.
8. Liability

We hold public liability insurance.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Delays due to third parties or client inaction

Any indirect or consequential losses

Any claims must be made in writing within 7 days of service completion.
9. Access and Property

You must provide access to the property at agreed times.

We reserve the right to charge for wasted travel or waiting time caused by lack of access.

Any materials stored on-site remain our property until paid for in full.
10. Termination
We may terminate services immediately if:

There is a breach of these terms

Unsafe or abusive conditions arise

Payment is not made as agreed
11. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR.

We do not share your details with third parties without consent except where required by law.
12. Disputes
